EPM’s executives in Medellín, Colombia meet Liliana to talk about project risk management as a key factor in decision making

Liliana visited Medellin in Colombia to train over 100 employees and stakeholders of EPM (Public Enterprises of Medellin), the second largest company in Colombia and one of the largest ones in Latin America. The training program was based in Liliana’s Secrets to Mastering Risk Management in Real-World Projects book, and at that time she also provided a presentation to EPM executives about Project Risk Management as a key factor in corporate decision making. The meeting was at the highest level of the organization and among invited individuals was Medellin City Major. This way, Liliana continues her contributions to project risk management professionalism, raising awareness at all levels in the organizations, not only raises awareness among technical staff but also with decision makers and executives. Liliana launches her Secrets to Passing the PMI-RMP book in Spanish

Liliana announced the launch of her latest book, Secrets to Passing the PMI-RMP in Spanish and in paperback edition. The book’s goal is to guide those who desire to pursue the PMI Risk Management Professional credential. It includes tips, advise, formulas, key terms, exam domain descriptions, among other topics. It includes 300 exam questions and answers. It is the only book in the market available in Spanish about PMI-RMP. In addition, it is the only PMI-RMP book not only aligned to the PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition but also to the latest changes that PMI made to the format and content of the PMI-RMP exam. There is no other book with as many PMI-RMP exam questions as this book has. Date: April 15, 2014.

Liliana advises IDB in risk management for Meso-American Health 2015 Program

Liliana is providing program and project risk management consulting and training to Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) from Washington, USA, in their international 2015 Health Meso-American Program, a US$ 200.000.000 initiative funded by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Carlos Slim Health Institute, and the Governments of Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras and Belize. The program seeks to reduce mother and child mortality in the poorest population of those countries. Liliana is advising in the creation of the Program Risk Management Plan, as well as in other aspects of risk management. She is also training the program staff and stakeholders across those countries about project risk management based on her Secrets to Mastering Risk Management in Real-World Projects book. This Program adopted its methodology to include several new elements proposed by Liliana’s book. Date: January 15, 2014.
